Plan KILEWS replenishment in Thailand: model list, stock and delivery confirmation
Prepare a model-by-model replenishment request before committing a receiving date. Thailand carries selected commonly used products and limited quantities of some less frequently ordered items; main warehousing is in China. Local availability must be checked for the exact model, quantity and accessories.

Prices are quoted individually by model, quantity, minimum order quantity, total order value and trading terms. After receipt of a PO, order processing, transport and customs clearance usually take approximately 30–45 days in total. This is a planning estimate; sales confirms the final schedule for the actual order.
Confirm in writing whether the days are calendar or working days, the applicable starting/counting conditions, and the agreed receiving date. Do not assume the estimate starts at payment, PO approval or another unstated event. No fixed safety-stock quantity or reorder date is prescribed without the factory demand and confirmed supply data.
Questions before specifying the order
Does a product shown online mean local stock is available?
No. Ask sales to confirm the exact model, quantity and accessories, and whether any allocation or supply condition applies.
Can an urgent line restart rely on the usual 30–45 days?
Confirm the latest acceptable receiving date and ask sales to check the actual supply plan before committing production. The usual estimate is not a guaranteed urgent-delivery service.
What should a repeat order include?
Provide full previous model/configuration, equipment labels or quotation reference, item quantities, required accessories, company/contact, destination and requested receiving date. Confirm any revision or substitution explicitly.
How do I request multiple items without ordering immediately?
Use the existing inquiry list from product pages, state full model/configuration and quantity per item, and add the replenishment requirements in notes. Sending an inquiry is not a PO or stock reservation.
