Purchasing, quotations and delivery in Thailand

Quotation for your order
Prices are quoted individually according to the model, quantity, minimum order quantity, total order value and trading terms. Request a written quotation covering the exact tool, controller, bits and accessories required. Ask sales to confirm the minimum order quantity and the payment, shipping and related charges applicable to your order.
Confirm stock by model and quantity
Thailand holds selected commonly used products and limited quantities of some less frequently ordered items. The main warehousing is in China. Ask sales to check the full model suffix, required quantity and matching accessories before relying on local stock or an urgent delivery date.
Usual delivery estimate after a PO
After receipt of a purchase order (PO), order processing, transport and customs clearance usually take approximately 30–45 days in total. This is a planning estimate. Sales must confirm the final delivery schedule for the actual order.
Confirm with sales in writing whether the days are calendar days or working days, the applicable starting and counting conditions, and the agreed delivery date. These details must be confirmed for the order; the estimate alone does not establish them.
From inquiry to delivery
- Send the model/configuration, quantity, application details and required receiving date.
- Sales checks the configuration, stock and supply plan, then confirms the quotation and order terms.
- Before placing the PO, check the quoted items, payment and delivery terms, and the written delivery schedule with sales.
- After the PO, coordinate order processing, transport, customs clearance and delivery according to the confirmed order arrangements.
Information needed for a quotation
- Model and configuration
- Full model suffix; required controller, bit type and accessories. For repeat orders, provide the existing equipment label or configuration reference.
- Quantity
- Quantity for each model and any planned repeat demand.
- Application
- Target torque, screw size/type, workpiece or joint, start method and counting requirements where relevant. If the model is already confirmed, state it.
- Company and contact
- Company name, contact person, email and telephone or another usable business contact.
- Delivery location
- Delivery destination in Thailand and relevant factory receiving requirements.
- Required date and urgency
- Requested receiving date and whether this is planned replenishment, a new project or an urgent stock check.
- Documents or matching requirements
- Relevant drawings, existing controller label or other information needed to confirm the configuration; ask sales how to provide attachments.
Questions before ordering
Are all models available from stock in Thailand?
Stock must be confirmed for the exact model, quantity and accessories. Thailand holds only selected products and limited quantities; the main warehousing is in China.
Is 30–45 days a confirmed delivery promise?
It is the usual combined estimate for order processing, transport and customs clearance after receipt of a PO. The final schedule is confirmed by sales for the actual order.
Does the estimate mean calendar days or start after payment?
The day-count convention and detailed start conditions require written confirmation with sales. This guide does not assign a calendar/working-day basis or a payment-related start rule.
What should I do for an urgent requirement?
Send the exact model, quantity, delivery location and latest acceptable receiving date. Ask sales to confirm stock and feasibility before making production commitments.
Can I get a price without a final model?
Send the application, target torque, screw/joint information and required quantity. Sales can help confirm the configuration needed for an individual quotation.
