SKD-BE and SKD-BN: compare exact models, counting and controllers
Compare the complete model, not the BE or BN prefix alone. The examples below come from the reviewed Thailand model pages. They are not a rule that every BE or BN variant has the same torque, start method, counter or controller.

BE512L and BN512P overlap at the upper torque limit but have different published minima and start methods. Do not treat one as a drop-in replacement. The controller (N) suffix follows the Thailand record; confirm its actual revision, cable, bit, supply configuration and required signals in the quotation.
Which start method applies when a general series label conflicts with the full model?
For the reviewed models, SKD-BE512L is lever/trigger start (L), while SKD-BN512P is push-to-start (P). Do not reverse these two methods because a general catalogue heading says “push-start” or “trigger-start”. Confirm the exact model row, model-specific manual and supplied nameplate. A controller or a common BE/BN series label does not change the screwdriver start mechanism.
Questions before specifying the order
Is every BE model a counter model and every BN model the same alternative?
This guide confirms only the named BE200L/BE500L and BN500P examples. Check each full model and its published feature list before making a series-wide claim.
Can I replace BE512L with BN512P at 0.15 N.m?
The reviewed BE512L range starts at 0.15 N.m, while BN512P starts at 0.19 N.m. A 0.15 N.m target is outside the listed BN512P range; confirm another appropriate model and test the joint.
Does the integrated LED counter record actual torque and angle?
Do not equate a screw-count function with measured torque/angle records or traceability. Confirm detection logic, signals and data requirements separately.
What is needed to compare a replacement configuration?
Send the full old and proposed model, target torque/unit, joint and screw, start method, controller label including suffix, cable/bit, counting/reset requirements and quantity.
