Controllers, bits and accessories
Standard L/P models list SKP-32BC-60W(N); LF/PF models list SKP-BE32HL(N). The Thailand (N) suffix is retained; headquarters currently lists controllers without that suffix. Confirm the supplied revision and cable compatibility before ordering. Bit types: A, B, C, D. Headquarters lists KC-6C(S), KW-3, KH-4, KL-1200 and LG-11 as related accessories; they are not automatically included.
Questions before ordering
Do all BE500L models have the same torque range?
No. BE512L/LF are 0.15–1.18 N.m; BE517LF is 0.29–1.67 N.m; BE519L is 0.29–1.86 N.m. The comparison BE512P/PF models start at 0.19 N.m.
Does the integrated counter guarantee every screw is correctly tightened?
The LED counter monitors configured counts and fastening time. Set up and validate detection on the actual assembly. Up to five job groups are available; OK ALL / OK ONE / N.G open-collector outputs require the correct optional cable and PLC wiring.
Which controller and manual should I request?
State the full L or LF model and current controller label, including (N). Use the official BE500 manual version matching the supplied tool; V3.C, V4.0 and V4.1 downloads are references, not interchangeable firmware instructions.
How do I request the correct configuration?
Provide the full model suffix, quantity, target torque, screw/joint details, controller label and required delivery date. KILEWS Thailand will confirm the configuration, quoted items, price and availability.
